Honor, officially confirmed that they will introduce the Honor X50 GT in China on January 4th. The device has been listed for reservations on the company’s official online store, featuring official images of the phone and announcing that it will be available in four different configurations. Renowned leaker Digital Chat Station has also confirmed the key features of the X50 GT.

The Honor X50 GT will come in different options and colors. The price of the device will be announced at the launch, but it is said to be offered in a price range between 2,000 Yuan (~$280) and 3,000 Yuan (~$425).

There is no information about other features of the Honor X50 GT listed. Regarding color options, there will be two choices: Magical Midnight Black and Silver Winged War God.

The rumored features of the Honor X50 GT are as follows: According to reliable leaker Digital Chat Station’s post on Weibo, the Honor X50 GT will come with a 6.78-inch OLED panel with 1.5k resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The device will have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security and will run on the Magic OS 7.2-based Android 14 operating system.

The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset and a 5,800mAh battery with 35W fast charging support. For heat dissipation, the device will be equipped with a 5100mm² VC cooling unit.

The dual camera system on the back will consist of a 108-megapixel main camera supported by a 1.67-inch camera sensor with an f/1.75 aperture. The leak does not contain any information about the secondary camera or the front camera of the X50 GT.
